§ 8.32.020. Inspection and notice.

If after inspection by the code enforcement officer any such lands are deemed to be in violation of the provisions of Section 8.32.010, the code enforcement officer shall notify the owner, tenant or agent of the lands in question to remedy such violation within fourteen (14) days after notice is given. Said notice shall state in brief form the nature of the violation and that if must be removed within fourteen (14) days after notice is given. Said notice shall be served by regular and certified mail at the last known address of the owner or tenant of the subject property. In the event that no address is known, service shall be made by posting said notice on the subject property.
